Shipping, Handling & Insurance Charges
ORDERS WILL ONLY BE SHIPPED IF THE BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS MATCH EXACTLY. ANY ORDER BEING SHIPPED TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION REQUIRES THE BUYER TO EMAIL US TO VERIFY THE PURCHASE (INFO@KRAMERKNIVES.COM). THANK YOU!
Any charges for shipping, handling and insurance (if any), are in addition to the amount of the sale price. All amounts due must be paid in full before any product is shipped.
All order will be processed and shipped Monday-Thursday of each week. Make sure to check your order conformation and contact us via email or call and leave a message with your name, phone number and order number within 24 hours of receipt if there are any problems.
You must keep all information in your billing account accurate and current, including your billing address, shipping address and any expiration date for your payment method. You can access and make changes to your billing account in your Dashboard. My Account > Addresses.
If shipping to a package forwarding service or anything similar, we are not liable for any lost or stolen merchandise.
All orders over $100 will have a signature required. We are not liable if there is a delay in delivery and if any package is lost, stolen, or damaged please file a claim with the carrier.
If a customer declines a signature they waive the insurance on the package and responsibility is solely on the customer.
For international shipping, please contact us to see if you are eligible – extra fees may be applied. At any time, we may choose not to ship overseas. We will choose the most affordable means of shipping for our international customers unless specified. Insurance will be added to all packages shipped outside of the United States.
Kramer Knives is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages shipped out of the US and we will not accept any returns. All products are shipped as is and the buyer is responsible for all taxes and duties.
Returns & Exchanges
We will accept returns if the item is new, unworn, undamaged and unused for a full refund within 10 days of the original purchase date. Please contact us immediately. Any knife returned cannot show any signs of use or wear. If the knife was used to cut anything, we have the right to refuse your return. If returning a knife, please make sure the knife is securely wrapped and cannot move around in the package. All returns are at the buyer’s expense unless stated otherwise.
If the item you receive is damaged or defective or different from the item ordered, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item and we will either replace it free of additional charges or offer you a full refund.
No Other Refunds
Except as stated above, all products are sold “as is” and all sales are final. All charges are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise, or otherwise provided by law.

Licensed Design Returns
We will not accept any production knives (ZWLLING J.A. Henckels or Shun) bought from other stores. If you have any problems with a production knife, please return it to the original place of sale or file a warranty claim with the manufacturer.
