Refund Policy

We will accept returns if the item is new, unworn, undamaged and unused for a full refund within 10 days of the original purchase date. Please contact us immediately. Any knife returned cannot show any signs of use or wear. If the knife was used to cut anything, we have the right to refuse your return. If returning a knife, please make sure the knife is securely wrapped and cannot move around in the package. All returns are at the buyer’s expense unless stated otherwise.

Defective Products

If the item you receive is damaged or defective or different from the item ordered, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item and we will either replace it free of additional charges or offer you a full refund.

No Other Refunds

Except as stated above, all products are sold “as is” and all sales are final. All charges are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise, or otherwise provided by law.

Licensed Design Returns

We will not except any production knives bought from other stores. If you have any problems with a production knife, please return it to the original place of sale or file a warranty claim with the manufacturer. Learn more about our knife warranties here.
