Why register?

Becoming an official Kramer Knives member allows you to participate in our Auctions and Ready-Made Sales. This is to ensure that those participating are committed and that it’s as fair as possible for all parties involved. Click here to register an account and purchase your one-time $1 membership here.

I already registered for the old auction site. Do I have to register again?

Yes, if you previously registered for our old auction site (before April 2018), then you will need to purchase a new $1 membership. Please note, this is a different login than your previous account.

Does it cost to become a member?

Registration costs $1 and all proceeds are donated to charity.

How do I register?
  1. Fill out all required fields in our registration form
  2. Only U.S. (Visa/MasterCard) Credit Cards will be accepted.
  3. Agree to the Terms and Conditions & Privacy Policy.
  4. Finalize your registration by checking your email for your membership confirmation.
Why is my credit card required to sign up?

In order to eliminate the potential for posers, this process confirms that each participant is a verifiable person. It’s for your protection and ours.

Why does a membership now cost $1?

Each new registration is evaluated for proper authorization.  Membership fee’s collected are donated to charity. We use this process to ensure that participation in our auctions is as transparent and fair as possible for all parties involved.

Why was my credit card declined?

Contact us and we’ll let you know what the problem is. Generally, it’s the format of your billing address, which must EXACTLY match your bank statement in order to pass the AVS verification.


I forgot my user ID and/or password.

No problem, visit My Account > Lost Password and we’ll send you a password reset email.

Can I cancel my account?

Yes, you can cancel at anytime in the membership area of your My Account section. If you cannot locate that area please Contact us by email and put “close my account” in the subject line.

Not receiving our emails?

Sometimes our emails are mistaken for spam. It’s helpful to add our email address to your contacts. Contact us if the problem persists.


How does it work?

We use a simple automatic bidding format. It is very similar to eBay. We will set the opening bid amount and designate the duration. Buyers then place bids. When the auction closes, the buyer with the highest bid wins.

What is automatic bidding?

Enter your maximum bid, which is the max amount you’re willing to pay if you win the auction. Once it’s entered, our software automatically bids only as much as necessary to make sure that you remain the high bidder. If another participant enters a higher bid, we’ll notify you immediately via email.

How do I place a bid?

It’s easy, just sign in to your account and click on the current auction item of your choice. Under the product description, enter your maximum bid, and click the ‘bid’ button.

Can I raise my maximum bid?

You may enter a higher bid at any time before the auction closes. Simply enter a new bid; it will override your old one.

Can I Cancel a bid?

As a general rule, you can’t retract or cancel a bid. The only exception is in the case of an obvious and serious error, as outlined in our site Terms and Conditions. To cancel a bid, time is of the essence. Contact us immediately.

Can anyone auction off their knife on your site?

Nope, sorry we only auction the newest knives that Bob’s making.

What is the starting price for an auction?

We start each auction at $250 with bid increments of $250

How long is a knife up for auction?

Typically we host an auction for 24-48 hours. Sometimes longer, sometimes shorter.

If I win, when is payment due?

Contact us within 1 hour of the auction close to confirm payment. We reserve the right to offer the knife to the next high bidder if we don’t hear from you within 24 hours.


How does it work?

We custom designed software that assigns a number to each name submitted, then totals the number of entries per item and randomly selects a number within the total’s range as the “winner” for that item.

How do I enter my name?
  1. Follow the link provided in our email to you.
  2. Select each knife that you are interested in purchasing.
  3. Enter your username and password.
  4. Click the ‘submit’ button.
If I win, when is payment due?

Contact us within 1 hour of the sale close to confirm payment. We reserve the right to move down the list if we don’t hear from you within 24 hours.

What happens if my name is selected, and I don’t want to purchase the knife?

As a general rule, you can’t cancel once you’ve submitted your name. Submitting your name on the wrong item or changing your mind is not grounds for any withdrawal or retraction.

By submitting your name, you agree that you will purchase the knife for the amount posted within 24 hours of the sale close should your name be selected as the winner. If you decline, you agree to pay a $100 cancellation fee and understand this will result in removal from our list.

The only exception is in the case of an obvious and serious error, as outlined in our site Terms and Conditions. If such an error has occurred, time is of the essence. Contact us immediately with a description of the error.

Can I be Disqualified?

You will be permanently disqualified if you submit your name more than once for the same item, or if you are selected as the “winner” and decline.
