Blackwood 5″ Utility Knife –

This utility knife is made from Toku1, also known as Aogami #1 Carbon Steel, and hardened to 65 HRC. Toku1 has tungsten and chromium to enhance edge retention and toughness. This steel is famous for its high hardness and wear resistance.

The blade has a strong distal taper, ground very thin and is razor sharp. Each is finished and sharpened to meet Bob’s strict standards. The knife features a gorgeous Blackwood handle and logo pin.

Each blade is marked with our SHOKUNIN logo and ­serial ­numbered on both the blade and the box.
