12″ Fine Ceramic Hone

This 12″ Fine Ceramic Hone is an excellent maintenance tool to be used on a regular basis between sharpening and is ideal for keeping knives honed with a grit of about 1200-1800. Its purpose is to align the blade’s edge and increase cutting efficiency. Ceramic is very gentle on the blade’s edge and will keep it razor sharp.

We recommend purchasing the Superaser to clean any metal residue buildup. Overall length is 18″, the rod is 12″ with a diameter of 12.7 mm.
