Cocobolo Nakiri –

This beautiful Nakiri is made with 52100 Carbon Steel and hardened to 62 HRC. The distal tapered blade is razor sharp and will tackle any veggie you throw at it. The knife features a comfortable bamboo motif high-grade Cocobolo handle and logo pin (wood grain and color will vary from piece to piece.)

Each blade is marked with our SHOKUNIN logo and ­serial ­numbered on both the blade and the box.
