Cocobolo 8″ Chef’s Knife –

This beautiful Chef’s knife is made with 52100 Carbon Steel and hardened to 62 HRC. The distal tapered blade is razor sharp and ground very thin. Each is finished and sharpened to meet Bob’s strict standards. The knife features a high-grade Cocobolo handle and logo pin (wood grain and color will vary from piece to piece).

Each blade is marked with our SHOKUNIN logo and serial numbered on both the blade and the box.
