6. Apprentice Collection 8″ Euro Chef’s Knife

Jess Peterson, Bob’s apprentice, crafted this knife under his supervision in the Bellingham, WA shop. Our goal is to build the best possible knives we can make. This knife serves as a study in top quality craftsmanship and precision. Jess is focusing on learning Kramer’s hallmark techniques and paying attention to every small detail.

KNIFE SPECS:

• The 8″ blade was machine-finished and made from 52100 carbon steel. This 62 HCR knife has a razor-sharp, polished edge, making it easy to sharpen.
• The handle was made from Cocobolo with a brass bolster.
